Frequently asked questions

Is Sahod.io only for the Philippines?

Yes — built for PH businesses with TIN validation, semi-monthly pay periods (1–15 and 16–EOM), and Asia/Manila timezone for attendance.

Do employees need their own login?

Yes. Employees use a portal username and password for leaves and payslips. The kiosk uses a 4-digit PIN for clock-in/out.

Can I run payroll without shifts?

Shifts must be assigned first. Payroll skips employees without a shift for the pay period and lists them separately.

Is my data secure?

Each company gets an isolated workspace. Access is protected with JWT authentication, multi-tenant separation, and cloud hosting on GCP.

What happens after 14 days?
